You should change your password and you can reorder items. You may check your orders and update your account at any moment.

If you are unsure about making an online payment on Nutra Charm, you can use the Cash on Delivery payment option. COD allows you to pay in cash when the merchandise is delivered to your door, without having to make any advance payment online.

For credit cards- We accept credit cards from Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. You will need your card number, expiration date, and three-digit CVV number to pay with your credit card at checkout. You will be taken to the bank's page to enter the online 3D Secure password after confirming these data.

For debit cards- We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Maestro debit cards for payment. 

You would need your card number, expiration date, and three-digit CVV number to pay using your debit card at the checkout. 

You will then be taken to your bank's secure page, where you will enter your online password to complete the transaction. 

In the event of a transaction failure, please retry, providing that the following information is provided to the payment gateway: account details, billing information, and password. Your Internet connection is not affected in any way throughout the procedure.

If your account has been debited due to a payment failure, the money is usually returned to your bank account within 7 business days.

Our Courier partners do not offer cash on delivery in a few suitable areas. In addition, COD is not accessible on all of our items. However, you may always pay using Net Banking or a Credit/Debit Card.

Certain large things, such as shiprocket, treadmills and dumbbells, are carried by ground couriers, whereas lighter ones are dispatched by air. 

The majority of our orders are delivered by courier partners such as shiprocket and FedEx.

We now only ship inside India and thus do not transport to any other countries.

The time it takes to ship an order is determined by the type of order you placed. Order types include: 

In-stock products (items stocked in our warehouses throughout India): These items are shipped the same or the next day after the purchase is placed. 

JIT (Just-in-Time) Products: These items are purchased from vendors after receiving your order confirmation. 

After you make an order, it tends to take 2-7 business days to ship JIT orders. 

Drop-ship Products: These items are sent straight to you from our merchants. 

Drop-ship orders are shipped within 2-5 business days. 

We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible.

If you place a combined order of In-stock, JIT, and Drop-ship products, we divide your order and send it in parts, starting with the earliest available items. 

We communicate with you through phone, email, and SMS at all stages of your purchase processing to keep up to date.

Certain times, a waybill/road permit is necessary for heavy items carried from one state to another.

Heavy goods delivery takes longer than expected because: 

First, the fulfillment of your transaction may need the completion of a specific road permit/declaration/inward form, which may be acquired from the appropriate state's sales tax website or obtained in person at the local sales tax office.

Additionally, entrance taxes are often paid by the specific state where the products are sent following Commercial Tax Government guidelines 

To fulfill the purchase, the client must fill out a road license form and/or pay the entrance tax. 

Failure to complete the form or pay the entrance tax results in a shipping hold, which may finally result in order cancellation and refund. 

As a result, form completion and payment of entry taxes, when applicable, play an important part in ensuring a smooth product shipping procedure.

Cancellation is possible if your order or the item(s) in your order have not been sent. When you click on 'Orders,' you will be sent to your order history. 

As for the order(s), you want to cancel, click 'Cancel.' 

Within 30 minutes, you will be notified of the status. 

For prepaid orders, the order amount will be reimbursed to your bank account within 2-5 business days, or as specified by your bank.

14-Day Return Policy- We provide total peace of mind when you order from Nutra Charm by allowing you to return any item within 14 days of receiving the products. 

Please verify that the goods are unused and that the tags, boxes, and any packing are all intact. 

If you are not pleased with your purchase, we will gladly accept it returned within 14 days of delivery. 

If you paid by credit card, we will reverse the transaction. 

In the case of Cash on Delivery or Bank Deposits, we shall issue a cheque in the registered name of the customer.
